About the Founder

Educator Growth Academy is led by Dr. Lisa Gess, Ed.D., an experienced educator and coach who has owned and operated CalTPA-focused coaching services for over three years and has supported credential candidates since CalTPA was first implemented.

With a background in teacher education and instructional coaching, Dr. Gess’s work centers on helping educators navigate high-stakes requirements with clarity and confidence while developing reflective practices that extend beyond submission and into sustained classroom growth.
